In this early phase of the game, Ones to Watch items can provide a significant increase to a player’s team FUT 23 Coins. It is a travesty to not have certain players getting the OTW items that they received from pre-ordering for the Ultimate Edition of the game.

EA has since acknowledged the Ones to Watch pre-order package error and announced the following on the official FIFA Direct Communication Twitter account:

We are expecting EA to respond to the affected players by re-distributing the Ones to Watch pre-order packs that were defective in the first place, giving you the chance to receive an OTW card.EA is likely to allow affected players to keep the Gold merchandise they received from the Ones to Watch pre-order packs.

So, you may as consider opening your Ones to Watch pack now to see if you can pull the perfect bade Gold item and be confident that EA will provide you with a free OTW player pack in case your pack isn’t working correctly.
