Is it possible to remove oneself from your parents’ health insurance voluntarily?

I just got dropped from state farm due to risky and I’m trying to find something affordable for a college-student/ musician. I have to obtain full coverage too. What is a cheap company I – can choose that is not likely to attach over me or anything?
